Food Fiesta and Glimpse of Natives Competition
On January 25,2020 parent-child duo dressed up as the natives
of the countries undertaken prepared delicious dishes and exchanged
pleasantries in the
Food Fiesta and Glimpse of Natives
competitions respectively. Both the activities were appreciated by the distinguished
judges. Prizes were awarded to the outstanding performers by the Principal of
the school and the jury members.
In the Inter-house Skit competition
organised on January30, 2020, exuberant performers staged main festivals
celebrated by the natives of the selected countries and mesmerised the audience
with the cultural diversity prevalent in them. Everest House bagged the
first position; whereas the second position was awarded to Himalaya House.The Principal Sh.B.K.Das asserted
that ISA projects provide rich exposure and widen the perspective of the future
denizens of the world. The meticulously designed activities
depicted the uniqueness and beauty of the cultures of the different countries.
The young DAVites learnt to cherish, treasure and value these diversities which
make our world so exquisite.
